Important Booking Rules

Tour Postponement

Postponement / Rescheduling of any booking will be treated as Cancellation.

Refund Processing

Refund will be processed within 25 days from the date of cancellation.

Price Difference

Price Difference will not be charged as per the current package price of the availing month.

Admin Charges

Admin charges of ₹500/- will be applicable for Postpone / Reschedule.

Validity

Postponed tour has to be utilized within a year of the postponed date.

Bus Services

Bus bookings are subject to availability and operational conditions.

Force Majeure

No liability for cancellations due to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, war, etc.

Hotel & Check-in Information

Hotel Check-in

Check-in time is 12 PM

Early Arrival

If you reach early (8:00 AM), rooms will be provided as per the availability.

Header Charges

Heater charges will be charged as per the hotel policy

Pickup & Drop

Pickup & Drop from Bus stand/sightseeing is a complimentary service subject to availability.

Snowfall

Pickup & Drop from Bus stand may not be possible in case of heavy snowfall.

Travel Documents

Keep all your documents outside and not in baggage for easy access.

Rohtang Pass Guidelines

Rohtang Pass
  • Permits - Rohtang Pass is subject to formation of Union (if formed) and on permit basis.
  • Managed by Union - Our transport will go till Solang Valley.
  • Highway - As per Himachal Govt. Rules, Rohtang Pass will be closed on Tuesdays.
  • Weather - Rohtang Pass is subject to weather conditions and road clearance.
  • Union (if formed) - If Union do not allow, you have to hire local taxi/vehicle.
  • Cost - Rohtang Pass cost is not included in in-car packages.

Volvo & Cab Guidelines

  • Volvo - Volvo luggage limit of 10 - 15 kg per bag / suitcase is allowed in Volvo.
  • Private Cab - AC will be allowed on hills. AC will be allowed on plains area.
  • Sharing Cab - Sharing will be in Tempo Traveller or Sumo. Sharing can be from Shimla/Manali.
  • Hill Travel - Sightseeing in Volvo not allowed in hill areas.
  • Cab Sharing - AC will not be available on hill areas.

In such unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to the above, Kullumanali.online will not be liable for any loss or damage in the form of cancellation of arrangements and will also not pay any resulting expenses or additional costs.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I postpone my tour instead of cancelling?
Yes, you can postpone your tour. However, postponement / rescheduling will be treated as cancellation and admin charges of ₹500 will apply. The postponed tour must be utilized within one year from the original date.
Is pickup from Bus Stand guaranteed?
Pickup & Drop from Bus stand / sightseeing is a complimentary service subject to availability. In case of heavy snowfall or roadblocks, pickup may not be possible.
How many days does refund take?
Refund will be processed within 25 working days from the date of cancellation. The amount will be credited via the same payment method used at the time of booking.
Can snowfall affect sightseeing?
Yes, heavy snowfall can lead to road closures and restricted access to certain areas like Rohtang Pass. In such cases, we will try to provide alternative arrangements, but no refund will be applicable.
Will Rohtang Pass always be included?
Rohtang Pass is subject to permit availability, weather conditions, and Himachal Govt. rules. It is closed on Tuesdays. If Union doesn't allow, you may need to hire a local taxi. Rohtang cost is not included in in-car packages.
Is AC available in all areas?
AC will be available on plains and selected areas. In hill areas, AC is typically not available due to terrain and weather conditions. Volvo sightseeing is also not allowed on hill routes.
